A few months ago as I was browsing through my Facebook newsfeed a photo hit me in the face and blessed my socks off! Tuna Melts My Heart posted a photo of an ADORABLE little girl holding MY Tuna pillow!!! I just couldn’t believe it!

Then I read the caption and I fell in love her! Sammi has Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which is also known as Brittle Bones. It affects every part of her body, but that does not stop her joy – there is always a smile on this dear one’s face! As her birthday is approaching I wanted to make a new illustration of her as a gift – she’s having a Tuna party!!!

I chose to give her a yellow dress and Tuna a yellow bow-tie because that is OI’s awareness colour (: Would you join me in wishing this darling friend and WONDERFUL birthday?!?
